Façades and specialist work
Façade renovation and other work that requires a registered construction company. Tell us about the building and we will assess how best to approach it.
We carry out façade renovation: restoring damaged plaster, repairing cracks, priming and painting. Before the work we inspect the façade and draw up a list of works.
In the older buildings of Riga the façade is often part of the character of the street, so we plan the work carefully. If the project needs approval from the building authority, we discuss it before the estimate.

What weather is needed for façade work?
Plastering and painting need dry weather and temperatures above freezing. We plan the schedule according to the season and the weather forecast.
Are you authorised to carry out construction work?
Yes, SIA “CONSTRUCTA” is entered in the Latvian register of construction companies. You can check the entry at bis.gov.lv.
Where do I start if the façade is damaged?
With a site visit. Photograph the damage and send it to us or call, and we will agree on a time.
