We construct new buildings as a general contractor: we manage the work from start to handover and keep you informed at every stage.
The general contractor is responsible for the work as a whole: from preparation and structures to building services and finishing. Turnkey construction means you receive the building ready for use. Our team’s experience includes new hotel and residential buildings in Latvia.
We can get involved as early as the concept and site-selection stage, or start work from a finished design. Once the project is clear, we prepare an estimate and a work schedule.

We manage the whole construction and hand over a building that is ready for use. You do not have to coordinate separate contractors, and you can see how the work is progressing at any time.
Can you start from the design or the choice of site?
Yes. We can join at an early stage and help assess the design and the timeline. If the design is already finished, we start with the estimate and the schedule.
