We start a repair with a site visit and an estimate, so it is clear before we begin what will be done and what it will cost. We can take on the whole repair or only part of the work.

Yes. We work on a single room as well as on a whole apartment or house. We define the scope at the site visit.
How long does a repair take?
It depends on the floor area and the scope of work. We write the specific timeline into the estimate before work starts.
Can I live in the apartment during the repair?
Often this is possible. We agree the order of work, cover the furniture and floors, and tidy the rooms after the work.
