We restore and convert existing buildings for a new use, from the survey and estimate to handover.
Reconstruction means working with an existing building: restoring it, converting it or adapting it to a new use while keeping what is valuable. Our team’s experience includes converting buildings into hotels and guest houses in Riga and Jurmala, as well as the reconstruction of heritage buildings.
We start with a survey of the building and an assessment of its technical condition. If the project needs approvals from the building authority or the heritage protection authorities, we discuss them before the estimate.

Do you work on historic and heritage buildings?
Our team’s experience includes the reconstruction of heritage buildings. We first inspect each such building and find out which approvals are needed, and only then give a timeline and a price.
Can you take on the whole reconstruction as the general contractor?
Yes, we can manage all the work and coordinate subcontractors. We record the scope of work and the division of responsibilities in the contract before work starts.
How does the price change if something new turns up during the work?
This can happen in old buildings. We first show it to you and discuss it with you, and we start any additional work only after your approval.
